We had a great firstnight at Gravereat last night. Whoopeee. Had 17 in theclass. We introduced the concepts of broad and general fitness, scaling, PVCgood mornings, push-ups, seated range of motion and squats.
Of course thesquat. I love the squat. It is such an important part of humanfunction and so much fun to teach and see improvement in. Proper squat mechanics will carry us throughto everything we do, thrusters, wall balls, push-presses, and oh yeah, life. Long term independence is linked to that hipfunction.
The WOD was 5 minuteAMRAP of push-ups and squats. Everyonedid fantastic. And was it hot enough inthere? Bring your water, it isnt goingto get any cooler!
